Just when it seems Nigeria is running out of ideas to get her out of her numerous problems, some ray of hope has continued to spring forth from unexpected angles, this time, young Solomon Ukoha Oti from Okon-Aku Ohafia in Ohafia Local Government of Abia State seems to have found an antidote to break the jinx of epileptic power supply in Nigeria.
Today 2nd May, 2021, a video surface through Paradise TV, the video which has already gone viral showcases where the 24 years old boy displayed his ingenuity in Aba by testing his power plant running on Crude Oil on the streets to the amazement of his spectators.
The paradise TV presenter is her excitement even gave more life to the exhibition with her clarion call for the relevant authorities, enetrpreunuers etc to ensure that this talent do not go down the drain.
According to Chief Nnate Uduma’s conversation with the Paradise TV team obtained by OHAFIA-TV News, the platform (Paradise TV), who are now managing Solomon Ukoha Oti to ensure he doesn’t fall into the wrong hands, said that the pragmatic commissioner of Information Abia State, Chief John Okiyi Kalu is already on the trail of the talented young boy to ensure he is supported.
In a similar development, Gregory University, also in Abia State have indicated interest in taking up the boy to give him the needed push and environment to advance his works. This is a sign that Solomon’s appeal for support to further his education is already on the pipeline.
In the interview, Solomon said: “it was God that gave me the inspiration to build the plant”, which is to say that the inspiration was divine.
Finally, he tested it to prove to his spectators that the generated power can charge a phone and has a meter installed. He also confirm that the electricity can power a whole building, the state or Nigeria if he is given the opportunity to do that.
This is another opportunity that Nigeria should not bury out of negligence.
