Following the successful outcome of the just-concluded election of the position of President General Ohanaeze Ndigbo and other important posts, the National Coordinator, PDP Colation, Chief Dr. Emeka Kalu has congratulated Prof George Obiozor as he wishes him a successful tenure.

Chief Kalu used the opportunity to call on the New leadership to wipe the tears of Ndigbo by becoming a unifying center and the major group that will always speak for the good of the Igbo nation as they are the foremost body laden with such responsibility to carry Ndigbo along.

He also encouraged the leadership of Prof Obiozor to as a matter of urgency rally the Igbo politicians to a common purpose of actualizing the quest for Nigeria’s President of Igbo extraction, insisting that unless the Igbo are united in purpose in their pursuit for this great task, it may elude them.


Chief Dr. Kalu also called on any other faction that exists anywhere to as a matter of responsibility to the Igbo nation find reasons so reintegrate themselves into one body in order not to become a dividing factor to the 2023 dreams of Ndigbo.

He finally called on all well-meaning Igbo, home and in the diaspora to give their blessings and support to the new leadership to help them meet the goals they have set out to achieve as the defense of the Igbo nation is sacrosanct at this critical times.
