Guiné-Bissau Prime Minister, Nuno Nabiam on State Visit to Niger Republic

BISSAU: In line with the stated mission of the government of General Umaro Sissoco Embalo to rewrite the external relationship history of Guiné-Bissau in relation to working out diplomatic ties that would progress the Republic and bring her to limelight in the diplomatic community of nations through engagements, negotiations, intellectual exchange, and economic rejuvenation.

Armed with this stated mission, the government has continued to break new grounds by engaging in new fronts to bolster the opportunities available to Guiné-Bissau in the world that will guarantee speedy development and even distribution of wealth through education, trade, investment, and economic expansion.

To this end, the Prime Minister of the promising African Country, Engr Nuno Gomes Nabiam has paid a diplomatic state working visit to the Niger Republic where he was warmly received by His Excellency Mahamadou Issoufo, the President of the Republic of Niger Republic, accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Suzi Carla Barbosa. The meeting took place at the Presidential Palace of Niger Republic amidst serenity and candor.

This can be said to be one of many of such high diplomatic engagement between the government of Guiné-Bissau, ably steered by Sissoco Embalo and Nuno Nabiam, to strongly reposition for the new economic breakthrough of the African nation.

Of recent, one such visit included Sissoco Embalo recently being a host to Nigerian President, Mohammedu Buhari, and the recent establishment of the palace of Prince of Saudi Arabia in Guiné-Bissau to boost her chances of becoming a key player in the African continent and the world at large.
