Okika/Inyi Ugwu Okagwo, Agborji Festival: Chief Charles Ochu admonish youths to be Ambassador of Peace

The Executive Director, Swiftlends Ltd, Chief Charles Ochu Ejieke on Saturday urged youths to imbibe in them, the spirit of sincerity, patriotism and hard work and also become Ambassadors of Peace to enable them to succeed in life.

Chief Ejieke made this admonition on Wednesday, 10th November, during the 2021 Okika/Inyi Ugwu Okagwo Agborji Festival at Abiriba in Ohafia Local Government Area, Abia State.

In an interview with newsmen, Chief Ejieke appealed to youths to be good Ambassadors, urging them to avoid hard drugs, crime and other anti-social behaviours.

Further saying, he enjoined them to face their education and training to enhance their capacity so as to meaningfully participate and contribute to the building of Abiriba, Ohafia Local Government and Abia State at large.

The festival was designed to curb various crimes, unacceptable behavior among youths and promote chastity among women who are believed to be pride of the community.
