5 arrested in Bauchi for selling, buying Covid-19 green card

The COVID-19 Task Force in Bauchi has said it arrested five persons caught selling and buying COVID-19 green cards. Executive Chairman of Bauchi State Primary Health Care Development Agency, BASPHCDA, Dr. Rilwanu Mohammed, disclosed this, yesterday while updating journalists on vaccination in Bauchi. A Nigerian has been isolated in Manila, the Philippines for testing positive for the Omicron COVID-19 variant after he landed via Oman. The Nigerian was isolated along with a Filipino, who also tested positive for Omicron upon arrival from Japan on 1 December. The two cases were the first cases detected in The Philippines.
