Former Super Eagles head coach, Gernot Rohr has insisted that he rejected advice from officials of the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, when he was in charge of the Nigeria national team. The NFF sacked Rohr from his role last Sunday and appointed former Eagles captain, Augustine Eguavoen, on an interim basis pending the appointment of a permanent boss.
